Wireless Walters can be forced to reboot remotely with a command. What is that Command?

You need the phone number associated with the SIM CARD.
For example if the phone number associated is 312-863-1636. In case the WalTer does not synch you can use the following command for it to re-boot so it will begin to synch.Please be careful when you are using this command as it should not be used when people are clocking IN or OUT as it may prevent them from doing so.
Send following any one SMS to Wireless Walter
To reboot send
EPAY-CMD=501
To synchronize send
EPAY-CMD=502
Note: Message should be sent as is, without any additional blank space(s)
This is how you can send the SMS:
Phonenumber@tmomail.net which in our example translates to 3128631636@tmomail.net
The subject line should be left empty. The body of the e-mail should have either of the commands and nothing else.
Tip:
First you may send the re-boot command and after 15-20 minutes you can send the synch command in case the device does not communicate.
