 My Walter is stuck on Blue screen. What is going on?    

 
A Walter may get stuck on the blue screen because of either a temporary aberration or a more serious corruption of local data on Walter.
  • Your first attempt should be to reboot the Walter because temporary aberration is usually corected by the "AUTO-RECOVERY" feature of Walter application.
  • For more serious issues you may have to call EPAY support.

    Before you call EPAY Support, please follow the steps below and take notes.
  • Reboot Walter and observe the screen as it changes
  • You will see a white screen with a blue scroll bar on the bottom
  • The next screen will be a blue screen saying Windows CE.net
  • Wait for 20 seconds.
  • At this point the screen should turn black with a yellow text on it.
  • The messages on the screen will change and in most cases, the auto recovery feature of Walter will correct any minor problem that might have caused the blue screen.
  • If your Walter still comes back to the blue screen then do the following
    • Reboot the Walter one more time and let all the above steps happen
    • Carefully note down the text messages displayed on the screen from the time of reboot to the re-appearance of blue screen
    • call EPAY support at 1-877-800-3729 Ext 2.
    • Your support manager will need the details of exact messages you see on the screen to be able to help you.
