What is the necessity of Printer in the Walter?

Walter has an in built printer which can be used to take a hard copy of some important data stored in the Walter. Walter is mainly used to print a copy of the employees pay stub-so there is no need to mail the pay stubs to the employee thus saving thousands of dollars in shipping.
