Walter Communicates with the Server to Upload & download new and the existing missing information. Walter are assigned to one particular sites under on client and every time it syncs it first downloads all the updates if any done on the Deployment Site Or Blueforce and later uploads all the employees pay information to the Server in the xml format. And every time a Walter communicates with the server you can see its Sync history on the Deployment Site.
