How to troubleshoot the issue when you get a Error message : “your finger image did not match please see you supervisor” on the Walter while Punch IN/OUT

Error Message : “your finger image did not match please see you supervisor”
this message normally comes up when the employees are trying to Punch IN/Out and for some reason there fingerprint does not match up with there old fingerprint captured by the Walter
In order to troubleshoot this issue :
We can take following action:
We can send the fingerprints for all the employees at the site using the SQL query from the database OR
We can set the command to capture new fingerprints for all the employee at the site (which means next time when the employees try to Punch IN/OUT . Walter will automatically capture there new fingerprints and this will allow the employee to Punch IN/OUT normally)
