My Walter is stuck on a Blank screen with a Letter `R`
This happens rarely when the Walter begins to malfunction. When the Walter is stuck on a blank screen with a letter `R`, it won’t allow anyone to Punch In/Out or use the Walter.
This problem can be resolved by rebooting the Walter 3-4 times, but incase the problem persists please contact American Epay at 1-312-212-8000 Ext: 2
