Adding Punch Ins

Press 1 to Add IN Punches

The form shows a list of employees who are NOT punched IN yet. 1. Scroll until you can select your intended employee 2. Press
to add punch

Select Job

Enter Time, Date and then press

Editing and Closing Open Punches

Press 2 to Edit existing punches

The form shows the status of all punches for each day and allows you to edit or close any punch:     1. Scroll until you can
select your intended employee     2. Press to edit the punch  |

For Open Punches (e.g., Joe Crew 8:00 AM IN) you can close or edit them  |
| 4. |
For Closed Punches (e.g., Sam Crew 12:00 PM OUT) you can change time, date or the Job  |
Viewing and Printing Punches

Press 3 to view and print daily punches

Press the to print the punches

Adding/Registering Employee
|
| 1. |
Log into WalTer device and press 5 for Admin menu 
|
| 2. |
Press 2 to register employee  |
| 3. |
Enter employee’s Social Security Number (SSN)  Note: Please make sure
you are not entering employee number here
|

After Entering employee’s SSN, the device tries to identify the employee. If employee is identified, the device assumes you want to register their finger
image. If employee is not identified, then device also gives you the option to check for employee’s registration from system.

Either register the employee or let the device adds the registration from the system to your local device.

Terminating Employee

Log into WalTer device and press 5 for Admin menu  |
| 2. |
Press 3 to terminate employee 
|
| 3. |
Enter the employee number 
|
| 4. |
Choose the reason 
|
| 5. |
Enter termination date 
|
| 6. |
Determine re-hiring possibility 
|
| 7. |
Device prints a Termination Slip and block the employee from using the clock. Once the device communicates, the termination information is passed on
to the system and the employee is blocked from the entire system. |
