How many months of data does the EPAY system keep for me?

In "EPAY System" data is stored in following source
1. Walter---> Walter does keep the data for the site employee but it entierly depends on the "SWIPE HISTORY"
which is set from Deployment Site for the
particular Walters
2. Webster---> Webster is a epay website where the data is stored for the clients
And we normally keep last three months data on the website
