What are Punches/Timesheets?

Punches: When the employee arrives at the site and marks the attendance on the automated system, a punch is created at Blueforce for TIME- IN. Similarly, when the employee leaves after the shift on the system, a punch appears for TIME-OUT.
The TIME –IN and TIME-OUT together make one complete punch and then the total hours worked is calculated for the day.
Timesheets:
The electronic Time Sheet Solution is a web-based employee management tool that automates time collection and approval processes. The timesheet is the collective report of the hours worked on by the employees’ everyday on the site during the pay period. It also gives a report as Standard Hours, Lunch and Overtime, etc.
