How do we define Messages and its use?

Messages can be described as special instructions that can be sent from Blueforce to the Walter at the site. The benefit of this feature is that we can deliver specific instructions to an employee at the site via the website round the clock. When the employee punches on the Walter, the massage would pop-up on the screen and the instruction gets delivered without being physically present at the site.
