What is Enable Caller ID blocking feature?
When this feature is enabled for a site, the punches can only be made from the phone numbers listed in the Registered Caller ID’s list. If any punch is made from an unauthorized phone number (phone number not in the list) then the punch comes to Blueforce as “Needs Approval” from the Web manager and the phone number used is displayed next to the punch.
