What is OT Policy?

When an employee is assigned to the site, you can assign him/her a specific Overtime (OT) Policy, like
8 Hours Daily Overtime:
An employee assigned to this OT Policy will get Overtime pay for the hours exceeding the 8 hours in a day.
40 Hours per week base: This OT Policy will give Overtime pay to the employee only when he/she crosses 40 hours in one week.
In addition to this, the OT Policy can be customized to suit the requirements of the Business Enterprise.
