How can we do Timesheet settings?

Timesheet settings i.e. Rounding, Trimming and Lunch Logic can be done in two ways :
At shift level
At the site level
You can create different shifts and then do the timesheet settings on the shift level. But, if there is no specific shift created for the site, these settings can be done on Site settings option.
Note – If the timesheet settings are done on the shift level, it over- writes the timesheet settings done at the site level.
