What is Round up to next Tenth of an hour?

This setting would push/round up the value of the punch time to the maximum value in the 6 minutes time frame.
For example:- If the shift starts at 07:00 a.m. and the employee punches between:
06:54 – 07:00 then it would be rounded up to 07:00 a.m.
07:00 – 07:06 then it would be rounded up to 07:06 a.m.
(The same logic would apply to the rounding of the punch out time of the employees.)
