What is Unapproved punch??
When an employee punches-in/out from an unauthorized phone number (In case of Fonen), or the Walter is not able to recognize the fingerprint but allows him/her to punch pending "approval" from Supervisor, then the punch is called anUnapproved punch. The hours for this punch do not show up on the timesheet until the Supervisor approves it.
