 How do I know if the device is able to reach the network?    

 
  • There will be a no-connection icon displayed at the middle left hand side of the main screen in case some error occurs while trying to connect to the server.
  • The same will be logged into the connection log which can be accessed by pressing the MENU key on the main screen and selecting "View Sync LOG". A user will be able to access the status of all the syncs that happened on the device in the last few days. A sync failed with status Network Unreachable would mean that the device could not connect to the network.
