How messages are displayed to an Employee?

On a successful communication with the server, the following things will happen
1. The device uploads the new employees hired on the device.
2. The device will then upload the new Punches to the server.
3. The device uploads a list of employees that are terminated from the device.
4. Downloads the message sent to the employees from the server.
5. Synchronizes the task list.
6. Synchronizes the employees from the server.
7. Downloads a new config file if available from the server.
