What happens when the Wally communicates with Server? Explain

On successful communication of Wally with the EPay
server, following activities takes place:
1. The device uploads the new employees hired on the
device.
2. The device will then upload the new Punches to the
server.
3. The device uploads a list of employees that are
terminated from the device.
4. Downloads the message sent to the employees from the
server.
5. Synchronizes the task list.
6. Synchronizes the employees from the server.
7. Downloads a new config file, if available from the
server
